Hours

Managing the After‑School Club (15:00 - 18:00 PM, must be available for these hours)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children in schools or childcare
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, caring, calm approach
• Confidence supporting children and encouraging creative play
• Relevant childcare/playwork qualifications (or willingness to complete training)

What You’ll Be Doing

• To plan and deliver high-quality After-school Club sessions in line with Active8 Minds’ standards, policies and procedures.
• Create a safe, healthy and secure environment. Responsibilities include completing risk assessments, administering first aid when required,
• Maintaining effective communication with colleagues, parents, and schools.
• Undertaking appropriate training, following all club policies and procedures, and efficiently managing a small team.

Licence/Certification

• Driving Licence (preferred)
