Nurse Practitioner

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and clinical examinations. Diagnose and manage acute and long-term health conditions. Independently prescribe medications within your scope of practice. Order, interpret, and act upon diagnostic tests and investigations. Provide health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle advice. Refer patients to secondary care and specialist services when required. Maintain accurate and timely patient records. Work collaboratively with GPs, practice nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. Participate in clinical governance, audit, and quality improvement activities.
