Financial Accounts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accounts Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our accountancy practice in Bolton. The role involves managing and supervising accounting staff, allocating workloads, monitoring performance, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of accounting and taxation services. Responsibilities include overseeing the preparation and review of statutory accounts, management accounts, tax returns and financial reports; ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards, HMRC requirements and statutory deadlines; managing client relationships; and improving internal processes and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance to staff, coordinate client assignments and support the effective management and development of the practice. The role offers flexible hybrid working between our Bolton office and home, with a salary of £33,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
