What the

Motor Claims Handler does

• Own a caseload of third party vehicle and property damage claims from notification to settlement
• Investigate liability and make the call on fault, with the evidence to back it
• Validate and challenge credit hire claims: hire periods, rates, need and mitigation
• Negotiate with solicitors, insurers, accident management and credit hire companies
• Handle high-value and disputed motor claims, not just the straightforward ones
• Spot fraud indicators on motor claims and refer them

Pay and benefits

• £27,479 to £35,000 depending on motor claims experience (top of the range for strong third party and credit hire claims handlers)
• 35 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. No evenings or weekends. Hybrid after probation
