Children's Residential Support Worker, Waking Nights, Preston

Waking night shifts in a residential family centre in Preston, supporting parents and keeping babies and children safe.

The role

• Waking nights, 8pm to 8:20am
• A residential family centre where parents are supported through a parenting assessment, with the safety of children always first
• Role model positive parenting, keep clear night records and hand over to the day team
• Work with the registered manager, social workers and local authorities
• Shifts booked ahead, with regular work for the right people

What you need

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare, or equivalent Level 3 in children's residential care
• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS with children's barred list check, or willing to apply
