Children's Residential Support Worker, Hexham

Therapeutic solo placements for young people across the North East, with days, waking nights and sleep-ins.

The role

• Supporting young people with complex trauma, EBD or learning disabilities, usually 2:1
• Flexible shifts around your availability, including waking nights, with daytime accommodation often provided
• Active, outdoor days with a specialist team, sleep-ins paid and block bookings available

What you need

• Significant experience in children's residential care, including trauma or crisis behaviours
• Up-to-date mandatory training, a Level 3 in Children's Residential Care is a plus
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS with children's barred list check, or willing to apply
