Premises Manager

Newbridge School requires a School Premises Manager to start as soon as possible. The post is offered at NJC Grade 8, SCP 24 - 27, £36,581 - £39,481. The role is full time.Working hours are 37 hours per week, 7.00am – 3.00pm Monday to Thursday and 7.00am – 2.30pm on Friday. Flexibility for additional hours during busy school periods, both before and after school, will be required and is paid as overtime.We are seeking a proactive School Premises Manager to manage our school’s internal and external physical environment. This role combines management of staff and resources with the practical responsibilities of a school caretaker. As part of our school’s support management team, you will ensure our buildings are secure, compliant, and well-maintained while simultaneously coordinating specialised resource budgets, data systems, and a dedicated team of school support staff.
