Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 & 3 Teaching Assistant's to join a welcoming Nursery in Middleton. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis to support pupil progress
• Assist in planning and preparing classroom activities and resources
• Provide support for pupils with additional needs, ensuring inclusion for all
• Help maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment
• Monitor and report on student progress where required

Requirements

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working in a school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach
• A genuine passion for working with children
