Digital Trainer

Educate staff to effectively use new technology that may significantly alter existing roles in a rapidly changing environment. Promote a positive attitude towards digital change, information use and the collection of data across the organisation. Support the smooth transfer and expansion of existing digital skills to meet new requirements. Train staff at all levels on existing clinical systems and new systems introduced by the Trust or national programmes. Maintain a thorough understanding of clinical information systems and related working processes across the Trust. Provide training, support and guidance on Microsoft Office products. Co-ordinate effective end-user training for national and local IT system implementations within agreed project timescales. Identify training needs for each job role and tailor lesson plans accordingly. Assist in the design and delivery of high-quality digital training for Trust staff,
