Early Years Practitioner

Happy Faces Pre-School is expanding and opening a brand new baby room in January 2027 for children aged 9 months to 2 years. We are seeking kind, caring, passionate and knowledgeable Baby Room Early Years Educators to join our dedicated childcare team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for babies and young children. Your energy and caring enthusiasm will inspire young minds, support their developmental milestones, and foster a love of learning from the very beginning.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children’s early years while working within a supportive and dynamic team.

•Provide high-quality care and education tailored to the needs of babies and children under 2 years.

•Plan and implement engaging activities that providing a wealth of opportunities through a rainbow of activities whilst collaborating closely with colleagues.

•Foster strong relationships with children, encouraging their independence and curiosity

•Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in compliance with health and safety regulations

•Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children’s progress, needs, and milestones

•Lead by example in teamwork, management of daily routines, and adherence to childcare policies
