We are recruiting for an experienced Traffic Marshal to join a long-term infrastructure project in Chesterfield, working for a Tier 1 contractor.

Requirements

• CPCS A73 Traffic Marshal certification, or the equivalent NPORS Traffic Marshal qualification with a CSCS logo on the card.
• Previous experience in a Traffic Marshal or Gateman role preferred.
• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work safely around vehicles, plant and site operatives.

Responsibilities

• Directing and controlling the movement of vehicles and plant on site.
• Managing safe vehicle access and egress.
• Maintaining safe pedestrian routes and working areas.
• Communicating with plant operators and site management.
• Following site traffic management plans and health and safety procedures.
