Senior Quantity Surveyor

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a regional main contractor based in Verwood, Dorset who tackle new build, refurbishment, and maintenance projects. The business undertakes projects across the education, healthcare, commercial, and public sectors. As a result of some recent project wins, they're now looking to expand their team with an additional Quantity Surveyor.

About the role of

Senior Quantity Surveyor

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on projects valued between £1m - £6m.

Key

Responsibilities as Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Manage subcontract procurement
• Manage subcontractors accounts on site, dealing with variations
• Manage monthly valuations and liaise with the client
• Deal with final accounts

Key Requirements for this

Senior Quantity Surveyor position

• Have around 10 years of experience in commercial construction
• Have administered JCT form of contract
• Must have the full right to work in the UK
• Must live within commutable distance to Verwood, Dorset
