We support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health difficulties and complex needs to develop confidence and independent living skills.

No previous care experience is required. We are looking for people with the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside experienced Support Workers, you will learn how to

Support vulnerable adults with everyday living skills.

Encourage independence, confidence and personal development.

Assist with cooking, shopping, cleaning and budgeting.

Support residents to attend appointments and community activities.

Communicate effectively with individuals with different support needs.

Understand safeguarding and professional boundaries.

Complete daily support records.

Follow individual support plans and risk assessments.

Promote dignity, respect and person-centred support.
