About this role

This is a key front-of-house role where you will make a real difference to patients every day. You will often be the first point of contact, whether in person or over the phone, helping patients feel supported, listened to and respected while ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice. As a Medical Receptionist, you will work closely with clinicians, managers and reception colleagues to ensure patients receive a safe, efficient and positive experience. You will play an important role in managing patient flow, responding to queries, and supporting the wider clinical team with administrative tasks.
