Pensions Manager

What's involved with this role

Triumph Consultants are looking for an experienced Employer Services Manager to lead their client’s Employer Services team. You will ensure accurate pension data, effective systems and high-quality service is provided to employers and scheme members. Contract is for 3 months in Trowbridge, BA14 8JN.

Pay Rate

£24.71 per hour PAYE

Hours per week

37 Monday – Friday

Hybrid working

1 day per week based in the office.

Key requirements

Relevant degree or professional qualification, or equivalent experience.

Significant experience in pensions administration and defined benefit pension schemes.

Strong IT and database skills, including experience of Altair, i-Connect, Excel and Access.

Good knowledge of LGPS regulations, data protection and pension legislation.

Proven team management skills, with excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Key responsibilities

Lead and develop the Employer Services team, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.

Manage the i-Connect system and support employers with monthly data submissions.

Maintain accurate pension data and ensure effective data checks and reconciliations.

Oversee annual benefit statements and ensure statutory deadlines are met.

Improve systems and processes to increase efficiency, data quality and compliance.
