We are recruiting for a Casual Event Cleaning Supervisor to support the Event Cleaning team at one of Telford's leading event venues.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone with previous cleaning and team leadership experience who can lead by example and help maintain exceptional standards across a busy events environment.

The Role

• Supervising and supporting cleaning operatives during events and venue changeovers
• Organising and delegating workloads to the cleaning team
• Carrying out cleaning inspections and ensuring high standards are maintained
• Providing training, guidance and support to team members
• Managing cleaning products, equipment and stock allocation
• Ensuring Health & Safety and COSHH procedures are followed at all times
• Assisting with event cleaning duties as required

About You

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience
• Experience within commercial cleaning environments
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Reliable, trustworthy and able to work on your own initiative
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and overnight shifts
• Physically fit and comfortable moving equipment when required
• IPAF or Forklift licences would be advantageous but are not essential as training can be provided
