Job Description and Person Specification

Deliver safe, effective and evidence-based care to patients with haematological and oncological conditions. Administer and monitor complex SACT and supportive therapies following competency-based training. Manage patients receiving ambulatory infusion therapies and home-based treatment pathways. Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout their treatment journey. Coordinate shifts and support the operational management of the clinical area. Act as a role model and clinical leader for junior nursing staff and students. Work closely with consultants, advanced practitioners, pharmacists and the wider multidisciplinary team.
