About this role
The People Hub is the front door to the People Team at NICE and a vital part of how we support colleagues and managers. It’s where questions are answered, issues are understood and people are connected quickly to the right support.
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional to lead the Hub and help shape the next stage of this important service.
As ourPeople Hub Team Lead, you’ll lead a small team delivering a responsive, high-quality service across the employee lifecycle. You’ll provide practical generalist HR advice, ensure queries are understood and owned, and work closely with specialist People teams to provide a joined-up service.
You’ll oversee key People Operations activity, including sickness absence support, employment documentation and job evaluation. You’ll also use data, feedback and emerging themes to improve guidance, simplify processes and explore smarter ways of working through technology and automation.
We’re looking for someone with strong HR knowledge, great judgement, excellent customer focus and experience of leading and developing others.
If you enjoy being at the heart of things, solving problems and making services work better, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference across NICE.
In this varied role, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery and development of the People Hub, providing a responsive, high-quality and joined-up service to colleagues and managers.
You’ll be responsible for
- Leading, coaching and developing a small team to deliver an excellent People service.
- Overseeing Hub operations, ensuring queries are understood, owned and resolved, with effective handovers to specialist teams where needed.
- Providing practical generalist HR advice to managers and colleagues across the employee lifecycle.
- Supporting managers with sickness absence and wellbeing, providing first-line advice and escalating complex or sensitive matters to People Relations.
- Overseeing key People Operations activity, including employment documentation, job evaluation and fixed-term contract monitoring.
- Using data, feedback and KPIs to improve service quality, guidance, processes and the colleague and manager experience.
- Working across the People function to deliver joined-up services and improve how we work through digital tools and automation.
