About this role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) Digital and support the delivery of major transformation programmes across the Trust.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across CNWL Digital, clinical and corporate services, Business and Transformation (B&T), and Business Intelligence (BI), you will help services understand complex problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate user, service and organisational needs into clear, evidence-based requirements.

This is a varied and influential role spanning discovery, service redesign, process improvement, requirements development, implementation and optimisation. • Facilitate workshops, interviews, process-mapping and stakeholder engagement.
  • Analyse patient, staff and information journeys and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop current and future-state processes, user journeys and service models.
  • Elicit, analyse, prioritise and manage business, user, functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Support options appraisal, business cases, benefits identification, testing and implementation.
  • Provide clear, evidence-based analysis and recommendations to programme teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Help ensure solutions remain aligned with service needs, user needs and agreed outcomes.

The role requires someone who can work confidently with complexity, differing perspectives and changing priorities while

CNWL provides a wide range of mental health, community health, addictions, learning disability, prison, sexual health and specialist services.
