At KTM Care, we are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team. You'll support a mix of children and adults with Autism, helping them develop independence, confidence, life skills, and meaningful connections within their communities.

The next, you could be helping a child work towards personal goals, supporting emotional regulation, building confidence, or simply sharing in activities they enjoy.

What You'll Be Doing

-Supporting children and adults with Autism to achieve their personal goals.

-Encouraging independence and developing life skills.

-Delivering person-centred support tailored to individual needs.

-Promoting positive wellbeing, confidence, and self-esteem.

-Supporting people to engage in community activities, education, employment, and hobbies.

-Building positive, professional relationships with individuals, families, and professionals.

-Using Positive Behaviour Support principles and autism-friendly approaches.

-Maintaining accurate records and contributing to support planning.

-Covering areas Colchester, Braintree, Witham & Chelmsford (Dependent on where you live!)
