Radio Frequency (RF) Logistics & Quality Technician (Goods In / Out)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Backdoor / Goods In & Out Operative to manage our loading bay and stock intake. In this role, you will be the gatekeeper of our inventory—handling the physical receipt of goods and using modern digital systems to ensure everything is accurately tracked.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Backdoor

Oversee the loading bay, receiving arriving deliveries and preparing outgoing shipments.

Book In/Out Units

Accurately log all incoming and outgoing stock, assets, or units using iPads and desktop computer systems.

Quality & Verification

Check delivery notes against physical stock to ensure correct quantities and inspect units for any damages.

System Updates

Maintain real-time inventory accuracy by update tracking software immediately upon stock movement.

Organisation

Keep the backdoor, loading area, and holding bays clean, safe, and organised.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with the floor team and management to flag any stock discrepancies or delivery delays.

What We Are Looking For

Tech Savvy

Comfortable using iPads, handheld scanners, and basic computer systems for data entry.

Detail-Oriented

Ability to spot discrepancies between paperwork and physical inventory.

Physically Fit

Capable of handling physical stock, loading/unloading, and standing or moving for long periods.

Good Communicator

Confident dealing with delivery drivers, couriers, and internal team members.

Reliable & Punctual

Someone who takes pride in managing a smooth, secure backdoor operation.

Experience in warehouse, goods-in, or stockroom roles is a plus, but full training will be provided.
