About this role
Act as a patient navigator, tracking each patients pathway in line with national guidance Enter accurate data into the Patient Access System and Somerset Cancer Database, following patient access policies and Consultant instruction Contribute as an active member supporting the delivery of Trust objectives Support the Trusts compliance with Clinical Governance and Risk Management standards.
