We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Nursery Manager. This pivotal role helps sets the culture, ethos and high expectations for a brand-new setting and supports leading the team with the Nursery Manager to deliver outstanding education and care.

Salary

Up to £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Plus

Hours

Full time, all year round (40 hours per week)

About you

Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 4/5 desirable)

Warm, visible and values-led leadership style

Minimum of two years’ experience in a senior practitioner or room leader role within a Nursery setting

Highly organised, solutions-focused and resilient.

Strong understanding of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements

£500 on starting employment

£500 after 12 months service
