About this role
Provide complex mental health assessments, diagnosis and formulations using highly developed clinical knowledge and skills. Role model standards of care and behaviour through clinical practice, in line with Trust values. Develop, deliver, review and evaluate specific and relevant specialist teaching programmes for all disciplines and grade of staff, client group and carers within the Trust in relation to the area of expertise. Evaluate clinical practice through clinical audit of service, developing and managing strategies to address shortfalls.
