About this role
The Best Connection Portsmouth are advertising on behalf of our client based in Portsmouth for a HGV Class 2 ADR Driver
Duties to include but not limited to
- Operate HGV Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly
- Complete all relevant paperwork and digital records accurately (e.g. delivery notes)
- Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and site personnel
- Secure loads correctly and ensure waste is disposed of correctly
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
- Keep vehicle clean and presentable
- Helping the team with loading/wrapping if required
- Driving Van/7.5T if required by site
Hours of work
- 07:00 start each day
Pay Rates
- £17.50ph Monday to Friday
- No weekend work.
You will need to have
- HGV Class 2 Licence
- Digi Card
- CPC Card
- ADR Packages Card
- DBS Check
