recruiting for a Door Shop operative to join there Redditch team.

Duties Include

About the role

As a Door Shop Operative, you will manufacture, from plan, our bespoke door system used in our modular buildings.

Responsibilities

· Welding (MIG), Bending, Cutting, Pan Folding and Press Braking of steel sections. · Door Assembly, including the furniture and locking mechanisms. · Quality Inspection and remedial work at each stage of the process. · Working as part of a small team and supporting the business when needed. · Health & Safety of others and themselves

Candidate

requirements

· Mig welding experience in 2 to 20mm mild steel, beneficial · Sheet Metal working experience, beneficial · Experience with CNC press brake would be beneficial but not essential. · GCSE in Maths & English preferred

Weekly shift pattern and

Pay Rate

08.30am -16.30pm

Monday to Friday

Competitive starting pay of

£14.50 per hour leading to £15.00 when completed 13 weeks.
