PCN Podiatrist

Work across four GP practices within Blackpool South PCN in line with service need. Support GP practices by reducing podiatry-related workload and improving patient flow. Contribute to the development of PCN podiatry pathways and referral processes. Support the PCN in meeting DES and access objectives. Work closely with GPs, practice nurses, physiotherapists, pharmacists, and other PCN roles. Participate in MDT discussions and case reviews as appropriate. Practice in line with HCPC standards, professional guidance, and local policies. Participate in clinical supervision, appraisal, CPD, and revalidation. Contribute to audit, service evaluation, and quality improvement activities. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection prevention, and information governance requirements.
