Receptionist

We are advertising to recruit receptionists for our G.P practice. The successful candidate needs to be flexible within the role and have the ability to adapt to the daily needs of the practice and our patients and be willing to cover annual leave and absences when required. They will need to, assist and direct patients in accessing the service required in a polite, efficient and effective way. They must be willing to give assistance to the whole practice team and radiate a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, whether in person or via the telephone. They will need to work efficiently with all their reception team members and surgery colleagues to ensure that patients receive the very best, professional service that we pride ourselves on.
