Financial Customer Service Apprentice

We have a fantastic opportunity for school leavers / young people looking to start their career in the Financial Service sector, working towards completing a recognised qualification.

Opos Limited is a Dumbarton-based, established in 2008, working on behalf of clients across the UK. The name stands for “Our People, Our Systems”. You will speak with customers by phone and in writing, help them understand their account and agree affordable ways to repay, while treating every customer fairly and with respect. Full training will be given.

s well as working towards your Modern Apprentice qualification in Providing Financial Services SCQF Level 6, over a 12 month period, you will be fully trained to carry out the following:

• Customer service and communication skills
• Handling inbound and outbound calls confidently
• Supporting customers, including those in vulnerable circumstances
• Using computer systems and keeping accurate records
• Understanding of rules and regulations in financial services
• Teamwork, time management and working to targets

Please note this is an apprenticeship for 16-24 yrs , you may apply if you are aged up to 29yrs , if eligible criteria under the Equalities Act 2010 is met , in line with Apprenticeship funding rules. Only eligible applications will be responded to
