Hays are currently recruiting for an experienced Banksman / Traffic Marshal to work on a busy commercial construction site in Harlow.This is a longer-term opportunity, starting ASAP and running until January 2027, for an experienced operator who is confident managing vehicle movements and helping to maintain safe access around a busy construction site.

RequirementsCandidates must hold the relevant

Banksman / Traffic Marshal qualification

• CPCS A73 or NPORS N403 Trained Operator or SATM (CLOCS)
• A valid Safety Critical Medical from a SEQOHS-accredited provider, or be willing to obtain one prior to starting
• Previous experience working on busy construction sites
• A professional and safety-conscious approach

Pay

• £19.00 per hour - Umbrella
• £16.56 per hour - PAYE Premium
