We are currently looking for experienced

Painters & Decorators to work on an ongoing basis for a social housing company working alongside Tier 1 contractors across South Birmingham.

The role involves carrying out painting and decorating work within

tenanted social housing properties. We are looking for reliable, professional tradespeople who can deliver high-quality work and build a long-term working relationship.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out internal painting and decorating in tenanted properties.
• Prepare surfaces, including filling, sanding and priming.
• Paint walls, ceilings, woodwork and other surfaces to a high standard.
• Maintain clean and tidy working areas, respecting tenants and their belongings.
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining excellent quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with tenants and site teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator.
• Experience working in social housing or occupied residential properties is desirable.
• Own transport is essential to travel between locations.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
