Pupil supervision during coverThe Cover Supervisor provides continuity for pupils during short-term teacher absence, supervising learning set by teachers and maintaining a safe, calm and purposeful environment. The role works alongside senior leaders, teachers, Inclusion Practitioners and other support staff.Our provision includes small classes of up to eight pupils, sensory-friendly learning spaces, large classrooms, outside play areas, a high staff-to-pupil ratio and a personalised curriculum approach.Our motto, “Building Foundations through Nurture and Mindset”, reflects each child’s learning journey.
