What you'll do

• Supervise and support cleaning staff in their daily tasks.
• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to the required standard and on schedule.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and COSHH regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of cleaning areas and equipment as required.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels in cleaning storage rooms and report when supplies are running low.
• Ensure staff wear correct uniforms and maintain a professional appearance.
• Train team members on safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.

What you'll bring

• Previous supervisory experience - ideally in a cleaning or manufacturing environment
• Good knowledge of cleaning standards, health and safety, COSHH regulations etc.
• You’re flexible and ready to jump into whatever the day brings
• You're a team player with good spoken and written communication skills
