An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Camden COPD & Home Oxygen Service as a Band 7 Physiotherapist or Nurse. We are seeking an enthusiastic clinician with experience in respiratory care gained within acute, sub-acute or community settings.

The Camden COPD & Home Oxygen Service is a community-based multidisciplinary team providing specialist respiratory care across a range of pathways, including home oxygen assessment and review, domiciliary COPD management, COPD clinics, pulmonaryrehabilitationand community outreach services. The service aims to improve quality of life for people living with chronic respiratory disease, promote safe and effective oxygen use, support self-management, and reduce avoidable hospital admissions through integrated, person-centred care.

The successful candidate will work primarily within the Home Oxygen Service Assessment and Review (HOSAR) pathway, delivering specialist oxygen assessments, reviewsand ongoing management for patients with complex respiratory conditions. The role also includes contributing to the wider respiratory service in line with patient demand and service priorities.
