The commercial fit out world has taken off in the last few weeks! One of my best customers has asked me to recruit for a Internal Site Manager based in West London.

About the role of Internal Site Manager

I'm Currently recruiting for a freelance Internal Site Manager to work on a high-profile £40m project in West London. The project is a cut and carve refurbishment, currently their at the fit out stage (CAT B) and we need someone asap until July 2027.

You will report to a Project Manager based on site and your main responsibilities will be to run the fit out safely and on time.

Responsibilities for Internal Site Manager

• Lead & Manage day to day site operations
• Drive the programme and Sub-contraction coordination
• Ensure delivery of high-end finishes to a standard
• Maintain strict H&S compliance and quality standards

Requirements for Internal Site Manager

• Strong background working with reputable main contractors or fit-out specialists
• Strong leadership presence and ability to drive site performance
• Proven experience delivering Cat A/B fit-out (£35m+ preferred)
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work

• Competitive day rate, £280-350 depending on experience
