Senior Radiographer - Breast Screening

Band 5 To work in the Breast Screening and Assessment Centre based at the RVI. In collaboration with the Superintendent Radiographer, to provide a screening, assessment and symptomatic service whilst helping to sustain and develop effective working relationships in close collaboration with professional colleagues. Band 6 To work in the Breast Screening and Assessment Centre based at the RVI and in the community on 4 breast screening trailers that move around the North East region. To be part of a team delivering a high quality efficient and effective radiographic service, to make an informed decision on the diagnostic images required and demonstrate a professional, caring and responsible approach to patients. There is a potential commitment to evening and weekend working.
