About this role
We manage utilities (electricity, gas, water and heat networks) for a range of private and public clients. Based in Glasgow we are seeking a new member of our billing management team.
You will be managing the collection of meter readings from multiple UK sites including data collection from smart metering and collation of manual meter readings by field operatives.
You will be processing meter readings through our bespoke billing management software and issuing final bill calculations to clients.
You will be handling billing queries from energy users.
