We are recruiting for a Renal Network, East of England Business Intelligence Developer who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.
The post holder is responsible for providing the required data and robust insight for monitoring prevalence of long-term conditions, health inequality and remote monitoring, and to support the development and implementation of virtual wards, as well as carrying out in-depth analysis required to support key business decisions on transformation, clinical improvement and redesign of services.
You must be technically competent in identifying and linking data at a patient level from multiple relevant sources and perform in-depth analysis of relationships, trends and root causes of trends using SQL Server data warehouse systems and reporting tools including Power BI and Tableau. Substantial experience required using datasets from a wide range of performance, quality and clinical data sources that flow through specialised commissioning.
At the heart of everything we do are our core values: Include, Respect, and Improve. We encourage you to embrace these values throughout the recruitment process and in your role with us.
Identifying trends, root causes and opportunities to tackle health inequalities, improve population health outcomes and address unwarranted variation of outcomes is a key part of this role.

Delivery of assigned tasks from the programme plan, engaging appropriate colleagues and stakeholders as necessary.
Be responsible for a high standard of work supporting the delivery of projects on time, to quality standards and in a cost-effective manner.

To ensure that analytical resources are focused on areas where they can have maximum impact.
To develop excellent relationships with external providers of information and analysis and ensure alignment and fit.
