Identify and remove scratches, carrying out minor paintwork corrections to achieve a high-quality finish.

Complete all company documentation accurately and ensure all procedures and quality standards are consistently followed.

Plan and manage workloads effectively to meet deadlines and maintain an efficient workshop environment.

Provide guidance, support and training to new team members when required.

Work independently, taking responsibility for the quality and standard of all work carried out.

Support and share technical knowledge with junior technicians to help develop their skills and expertise.

Previous experience in a similar polishing or automotive paint correction role is essential.

A full, valid UK driving licence is essential.

A genuine passion for the motor industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship.

Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to achieve consistently high-quality finishes in line with customer expectations.

The ability to work independently, use initiative and make sound decisions when required.

A positive, team-focused attitude, with a willingness to support, mentor and assist junior technicians.
