You'll play a vital role in supporting people to live independent and fulfilling lives, encouraging them to achieve their goals and make the most of every day. No two days are ever the same, and you'll be supporting individuals both at home and within their local community.

Your responsibilities may include

  • Supporting individuals to develop daily living and life skills
  • Encouraging community engagement and social activities
  • Supporting with appointments, shopping and leisure activities
  • Promoting independence, choice and dignity
  • Following support plans and maintaining accurate records

One day you could be supporting someone on a trip to the cinema or local pub, and the next helping them build confidence with cooking, budgeting or other daily living skills.

What We're Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates who

  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Are resilient, adaptable and calm under pressure
  • Have experience supporting people with complex needs
  • Understand Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and reflective practice
  • Have experience supporting individuals with autism, mental health conditions, behaviours of distress, forensic backgrounds or trauma-informed needs
  • Are passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives

While experience is advantageous, we welcome applicants who have the right values, a willingness to learn and a genuine commitment to supporting others.
