At The Grand Hotel Birmingham, we're proud of our heritage, but we're always looking ahead. We're searching for a commercially savvy Revenue Director with the vision, ambition and expertise to help write our next chapter.

As our Revenue Director, you'll lead our total revenue strategy across bedrooms, meetings and events, and food and beverage. Working closely with our senior leadership team, you'll turn insight into opportunity, drive commercial performance and play a key role in the continued success of one of Birmingham's most iconic hotels.

This is a full-time, site-based role, working Monday to Friday.

What we're looking for

· Proven experience in a senior revenue management role within a luxury or complex, multi-revenue-stream hotel.

· Strong commercial instincts and analytical skills, with a track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability.

· Excellent knowledge of pricing strategies, forecasting, distribution channels and revenue management systems.

· Experience maximising meetings and events revenue, identifying opportunities and driving conversion.

· A confident, collaborative leader who can influence decisions, challenge thinking and bring people along with them.
