Warehouse Operative for an up-and-coming position with our client based in

Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

About the Role

You will be working as part of a busy warehouse team, assisting with the

receiving, picking, packing, loading and dispatching of goods. This is a full-time role,

Monday - Friday. The starting pay rate is

£12.71 per hour.

Key Duties will include

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Receiving, checking and putting away stock
• Preparing goods for dispatch and ensuring orders are correctly labelled
• Maintaining accurate stock records and reporting any discrepancies
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience would be an advantage
• Good attention to detail and a reliable approach to work
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
• Good communication skills
• Own transport is essential due to the location
